• Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE, if 48 hours+ notice is given this will be moved on to your next appointment.

• A patch test 24/48 hours prior to your appointment is necessary for some treatments. You can book this online free of charge.

• Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in your appointment being cancelled.

• Upon arrival, please park on the stones & not on the drive. Please don’t arrive too early as the parking space will be occupied with the previous client.

• Please attend your appointment alone. Due to safety, distraction & liability children are prohibited from entering the treatment room.
